I see that you are reading "The Soloist". I have bought it, but I haven't read it yet. The guy who wrote it, Steve Lopez, used to be a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and I loved to read this column. He is now with the Los Angeles Times. He came back to Philadelphia and gave a presentation on the book at the main public library about a month ago. I attended it, and that's where I got the book. At the time he left Philadelphia several years ago, he had just gotten married, and he now has a young daughter named Caroline. During his presentation, he mentioned songs he sang to her, so of course when it was my turn to have him autograph the book for me, I suggested another song. I think you can guess which song I suggested!
