I live in Charlotte, NC and my mother, her four sisters and families and my brother all lived on Oak Island, TX and they all lost everything. It was very difficult being 1/2 way accross the country when this devestation was going on. I felt so helpless. None of them had insurance and no one knew what they were going to do. My family did not have much but I can tell you that they are good people and would do anything for anyone. I begged my mother to come and live with me or to stay for a while but she did not want to do that. She then informed me that everything was going to be ok because of one selfless man, Neil Diamond. I could not believe it! He did not have to do anything yet, he felt compassion for the people in Oak Island and now everything is going to be ok. Our country may be in a mess in a lot of ways but it is also great in a lot of ways! I love you Neil! Flag as offensive
