I bought this as a 15 year old back in 75. I think it cost £2.15! I knew some of the songs, such as Cracklin' Rosie and Sweet Caroline, but immediately loved all the others too. Went to university in 76 and discovered that loads of others liked Neil too. My Dad never understood how I liked music like Yes, Pink Floyd and Status Quo, but also liked Neil too. Now it's 2008, I'm almost 50 and I think I have almost all of Neil's albums. The new material is just as good as the old, particularly 12 Songs and Home before Dark.
