SERENADE. Magnifica obra do N.D. Seu altíssimo nível reflexivo faz desse álbum um dos álbuns mais belos do mundo! NEIL DIAMOND estava em estado de graça quando realizou SERENADE . Muito obrigado NEIL!!

The music on this album is the most existential music one can ever experience. Thank You!

Another example of a great one in his prime.

He could deliver even when he didn't have his "A" game. Neil turns these dreamy lush songs into Diamond classics.

I have enjoyed every Album every song Neil has released over the 40 years that I have followed his work his journey, there are quite a number of songs that can give me goose bumps and when it comes time to turn the music off I always say "thanks Neil". If I'm ever asked - do you have a favorite Album? - I always thought that was a hard question, but I have come to realize that there is one Album one body of work that I have always come back to and that is "Serenade" 33 minutes of pure Diamond, every song tells a story, it is truly my most treasured Neil Album, before CD's came on the market I remember purchasing 3 or 4 copy's of Serenade to try and find the best sound i.e minimal surface noise no pops or other sounds typical of Vinyl...I even found the Quadraphonic version, a must have if you hold Serenade in high esteem. I can sing along with every song in the same key with the same inflections...and I enjoy it!!!....thank you Neil...Clint - Melb

I discovered this album in 1983 in licorice pizza form. lol I still have it too. I was only 11 when it came out, but it is timeless. It's so romantic and seems to take you into another era. I really think it's Neil's best album, but certainly not limited to his best music. All of it is really high quality.

Neil really has the "Gift of Song" and demonstrates it especially in this album.
