Essence of Africa

This album came out when I lived in Africa and is so typical of the sounds and mood of Africa in the early 70's. One of, if not the best albums, by Neil. "Child Song" typifies the many children who are suffering today in that vast beautiful but troubled land.

This song actually makes me feel young, innocent, and wanting to make wonderful love to someone that I haven't found yet. Puzzling and yet desiring! My body aches to do what the song suggests!

HURUMA
Song Sung Blue, Canta Libre, Play Me, Walk On Water are great in Concert. Hot August Night one of Neil's best albums. "Morningside" is excellent.
