Nothing less than spectacular, fabulous...beautiful!

This was my first Neil Diamond concert. I knew from growing up with him that it would be something so spectacular that it would stay with me forever. I brought my parents as it would only be fitting for two wonderful Souls to see this amazing talent. The lights were low, the tempo was climbing and there...low and behold, a silhouette of a man with a guitar hanging by his side. I felt like a teenager again, watching “The Jazz Singer” and the chills began to climb as he sang. It awakened me, it refreshed me, it exhilarated my every being. And I asked myself…with all that surrounds us in our daily lives, the things we’d like to escape from, why don’t we? This night, this wonderful night made me forget the worlds’ problems. People sang, people cried, they danced, they cheered and they asked for more. And as I saw how Neil effected me, he effected everyone else the same. He sang his heart out and he was, by all means, awesome! He’s timeless and I see that what carried with me -still today- will be carried amongst all that see and hear his music. What a beautiful gift that was given to him to share with the world. I will never forget my special night with Neil. I turned and saw, my father smiling while seeing how beauty can effect man. It was a sold out event and he touched all 18,400 people. Cheers Mr. Diamond! I solute you and your band for who you are and what you do.
