A Night to Remember

This being my first Neil Diamond concert, I was unsure what to expect. The stage setting was incredible. Between the lighting effects and the general layout of the stage, it certainly set the mood for an amazing night! From the moment he stepped on stage, opening with "Holy Holly" he captivated the audience with his presence. The sound quality was unprecedented, fully displaying his talent in every way. The crowd was involved in "Sweet Caroline" and "Forever in Blue Jeans" was certainly one of the highlights of the night. They say things grow better with age. In Neil's case, this is certainly the case! Very few performers have the stage presence to get the audience as involved as he does, he seems to have improved as the years went by, like a fine wine. Summarily, I was MORE than impressed with my first Neil Diamond experience, and will certainly return for more!
